Martha's Garlic-Three Cheese Pizza

I had a recipe swimming in my head for the past couple of days that i really wanted to try out.  THRIVE has a new SAUCE line (a creamy white sauce, rich chicken gravy, a savory beef gravy and a tomato sauce)  so i really wanted to try out the white sauce.

Since I am lazy we bought a refrigerator section pizza crust.  We then re-hydrated some mozzarella and cheddar cheese and mixed that with THRIVE cheese sauce.

the sauce was the hardest part (it took about 3 1/2 minutes) the hardest part was not eating all of the sauce before i put it on the pizza.

Then I threw all the ingredients on the pizza dough, cooked it for 10 mins and voila!!!  An extremely delicious homemade pizza!

The Recipe for those who would like to try out the deliciousness:

SAUCE:
1/2 cup Béchamel (THRIVE Creamy White Sauce)
1 cup water
1/8 cup THRIVE Spinach
1/8 cup onions
Italian seasoning
1 T THRIVE Chives
pinch of garlic salt

- mix   (you can simmer it on the stove top to prep it for the pizza or not...)

CHEESE topping:
1/2 cup THRIVE Cheese powder
1/2 cup THRIVE mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup THRIVE cheddar cheese

Add sauce to pizza dough...then cheese topping...cook @ 450 for 10 mins.

This meal was SOOOOOO Delicious that it received a THUMBS UP from Austin!!!
